All services are provided by trained technicians with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.

🔷 Booking & Service Policy

  • Customers can book services via phone, website, or WhatsApp.
  • Service time may vary depending on availability and workload.
  • A technician visit charge may apply for inspection.
  • Customers must provide accurate address and contact details.

🔷 Pricing & Payments

  • Service charges depend on the type of work required.
  • Final pricing will be confirmed after inspection.
  • Payment must be completed after service delivery.
  • We accept cash, UPI, or other agreed payment methods.

🔷 AC Rental Terms

📌 Rental Duration

  • Minimum rental period: 6 months
  • Special Offer: 12 months rental = 1 month FREE

💰 Rental Charges

  • 1 Ton AC: ₹1200 – ₹1500/month
  • 1.5 Ton AC: ₹1500 – ₹2000/month
  • 2.5 Ton AC: ₹2000 – ₹2500/month

🔐 Security Deposit

  • Deposit starts from ₹6000
  • Fully refundable after contract completion (subject to conditions)

🔷 Installation & Usage (Rental)

  • Installation will be provided at the customer location.
  • Customers must ensure proper power supply and space for installation.
  • AC should be used under normal conditions only.

🔷 Maintenance & Responsibility

  • Basic maintenance support will be provided.
  • Any damage due to misuse, negligence, or external factors will be chargeable.
  • Customers must not attempt unauthorized repairs.

🔷 Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Rental cancellation before installation may be eligible for partial refund.
  • Deposit refund will be processed after inspection of the AC unit.
  • Any damages or pending dues will be deducted.

🔷 Liability Limitation

  • We are not responsible for:
    • Electrical issues at customer premises
    • Delay caused due to unavoidable circumstances
    • Indirect damages or losses

🔷 Warranty Disclaimer

  • Spare parts (if replaced) may carry limited warranty.
  • No warranty on issues caused by improper usage.

🔷 Service Availability

Our services are generally available throughout the week, depending on availability and location.

🔷 Changes to Terms

Newtown Cooling Centre reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
