These terms apply to all services including AC repair, servicing, installation, and AC rental.

We provide the following services:

  • Air Conditioner Repair & Servicing
  • AC Installation & Uninstallation
  • AC Gas Refilling
  • AC Rental Services

All services are performed by trained technicians with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.

🔷 3. Booking & Service Policy

  • Services can be booked via phone, website, or WhatsApp.
  • Service timing depends on technician availability.
  • Customers must provide correct address and contact details.
  • A visiting/inspection charge may apply.

🔷 4. Pricing & Payments

  • Service charges vary depending on the issue and type of service.
  • Final cost will be confirmed after inspection.
  • Payment must be completed immediately after service.
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer.

❄️ 5. AC Rental Terms

📌 Rental Duration

  • Minimum rental period: 6 months
  • 12 months rental = 1 month FREE

💰 Rental Pricing

  • 1 Ton AC: ₹1200 – ₹1500 / month
  • 1.5 Ton AC: ₹1500 – ₹2000 / month
  • 2.5 Ton AC: ₹2000 – ₹2500 / month

👉 Prices may vary depending on model, condition, and availability.

🔐 Security Deposit

  • Deposit starts from ₹6000
  • Fully refundable after rental period (subject to conditions)

⚙️ Installation & Charges

  • Installation may be chargeable unless mentioned otherwise
  • Customer must provide proper electrical connection and space
  • Extra materials (pipe, stand, wiring) will be charged separately

🔧 Maintenance (Rental)

  • Basic servicing support will be provided
  • Major repairs due to misuse will be chargeable
  • Customer must not allow unauthorized repairs

🚫 Usage Restrictions

Customers agree to:

  • Use the AC under normal household/office conditions
  • Not shift or relocate the AC without permission
  • Not modify or damage the unit

🔄 6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation before installation → partial refund may apply
  • Deposit refund will be processed after inspection
  • Any damages or dues will be deducted from deposit
  • Refund timeline may take 3–7 working days

⚠️ 7. Liability Limitation

We are not responsible for:

  • Electrical faults at customer premises
  • Voltage fluctuations or power damage
  • Delays due to unavoidable circumstances
  • Indirect losses or damages

🔒 8. Warranty Disclaimer

  • Limited warranty may apply on spare parts (if replaced)
  • No warranty on damages caused by misuse or negligence
